1. Disconnect the electrical supply connection for the glove compartment light.
2. Disconnect the electrical connections from the injection/ignition control unit and the fuses/relays from the mounting bracket, then extract the cable (1) through the opening in the bulkhead between the engine compartment and the passenger compartment.
3. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the brake servo.
4. Raise the vehicle, then remove the plastic wheel arch liner, gearbox side.
