INTRODUCTION - EXHAUST PIPES AND SILENCERS

2.2

SPECIFICATIONS

The engine exhaust gases flow into manifold (1) integral with catalytic converter (2) and then on to the front section of exhaust pipe (3). There is a flexible element (4) in the front section of the exhaust pipe to restrict the transmission of vibrations.

The rear exhaust pipe section consists of a silencer (5) connected to the silencers (6).

Special guards prevent heat radiating toward the body and fuel tank.

INTRODUCTION - EXHAUST PIPES AND SILENCERS

1.9 JTD 8v, 1.9 JTD 16v

COMPOSITION - For versions with DPF

The engine exhaust gases flow through the manifold to the turbocharger and to the catalytic converter and then via a pipe (1) to the DPF filter (2)

There is a flexible element (3) in the front section of the exhaust pipe to restrict the transmission of vibrations.

The rear section of the exhaust comprises an intermediate pipe (4) and the rear silencer (5).

Special guards prevent heat radiating toward the body and fuel tank.

INTRODUCTION - EXHAUST PIPES AND SILENCERS

COMPOSITION - For versions without DPF

The engine exhaust gases flow through the manifold to the turbocharger, to the preconverter and then via a pipe (1) to the catalytic converter (2)

There is a flexible element (3) in the front section of the exhaust pipe (1) to restrict the transmission of vibrations.

The rear section of the exhaust comprises a front silencer (4) and a rear silencer (5).

Special guards prevent heat radiating toward the body and fuel tank.
