Operation 1040B32 · FUEL SUPPLY/RETURN CIRCUIT PIPE

1.9 Multijet

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE

Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE

1. Remove the front fuel delivery pipe (1a) from clips (1b).

2. Remove the air conditioning system coolant pipes (2a) from clips (2b).

1. Unscrew bolt (1a) and disconnect the air conditioning system coolant pipes (1b) from the expansion valve.

- Raise the vehicle.

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

1. Undo the bolts and remove the guard.

1. Disconnect the intermediate fast-on connector (1a) and remove clip (1b).

- Lower the vehicle.

- Remove the front fuel delivery pipe.

Refitting

- Place the front fuel supply pipe back in its housing.

- Raise the vehicle.

- Secure the clip and connect the intermediate faston connector.

- Place the protection back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

- Lower the vehicle.

- Connect the air conditioning system coolant pipes to the expansion valve and tighten the bolt.

- Refit the air conditioning system coolant pipes in their seats and secure with the clips.

- Fasten the front fuel delivery pipe with the clips.

Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1.2 8v, 1.4 8v

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

1. Unscrew the bolts and remove the front pipe protection section.

1. Disconnect the front fuel supply pipe rapid connector.

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector, open the clips and remove the front fuel supply pipe.

Refitting

- Place the front fuel supply pipe in its housing and connect the rapid connectors.

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

- Place the front pipe protection in its housing and secure it using the bolts.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1.3 Multijet

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE

1. Remove the front fuel delivery pipe (1a) from clips (1b).

2. Remove the air conditioning system coolant pipes (2a) from the clips (2b).

1. Unscrew the bolt (1a) and disconnect the air conditioning system coolant pipes (1b) from the expansion valve.

- Raise the vehicle.

1. Undo the bolts and remove the guard.

1. Disconnect the intermediate rapid connector (1a) and remove the clip (1b).

- Lower the vehicle.

- Remove the front fuel delivery pipe.

Refitting

- Place the front fuel supply pipe back in its housing.

- Raise the vehicle.

- Secure the clip and connect the intermediate rapid connector.

- Place the protection back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.

- Lower the vehicle.

- Connect the air conditioning system coolant pipes to the expansion valve and tighten the bolt.

- Refit the air conditioning system coolant pipes in their seats and secure with the clips.

- Fasten the front fuel delivery pipe with the clips.

Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
