In the five seconds after the ignition key is turned to position (M), the following maintenance indicator conditions exist:

• The maintenance warning light (A) comes on.
• The display (B) shows the distance remaining until the next service.

After the five seconds have elapsed:

• The maintenance warning light (A) goes out.
• The display (B) shows the partial or total mileage
