Fitting the new part

  1. Restore the seal removed previously.
  2. Fit the new part on the vehicle and check that it is perfectly aligned with the adjacent parts.

Welding the new part

  1. Carry out the spot welding (1) and bead fill welding (2) as illustrated in the figure.
