Refitting

(Cont. Op. 1056A14)

1. Take out the absolute pressure sensor pipe.
2. Take out the vacuum intake pipe of the fuel vapours on-off solenoid valve.
3. Take out the brake servo vacuum intake pipe.

4. Disconnect the idle actuator electrical connection.

5. Disconnect the throttle position sensor electrical connection

6. Electrically disconnect the intake air temperature sensor

7. Disconnect the single injector (SPI) electrical connection

1. Unscrew the throttle case cover screws.
2. Remove the throttle case.

Never remove the shaft and the throttle from their seats. The throttle valve stop screw must never be tampered with. If necessary, replace the whole throttle case.

The throttle case and the components are never to be immersed in any type of washing fluid. The general cleaning is only to be carried out with compressed air and a brush.

Refitting

• Install the throttle case.
• Tighten the throttle case securing screws to correct torque

• Connect the idle actuator electrical connection
