Refitting

4. Take out the oil vapours recovery pipe from the throttle case.

1. Remove the air cleaner cover with its pipes and throttle case air conveyor.

1. Disconnect the single injector electrical connection 2. Unscrew the screw (2a) that fastens the single injector (2b) and remove it.

If it should be necessary to replace the single injector the entire throttle case cover must be replaced.

Refitting

• Assemble the single injector and fasten with its screws.
• Electrically connect the single injector

• Refit the air cleaner cover with its pipes and throttle case air conveyor.
• Insert the oil vapours recovery pipe onto the throttle case.
• Insert the oil vapours recovery pipe onto the tappet cover.
• Lock the throttle case air conveyor screws.
• Hook the air cleaner cover clasps.
• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Remove the body protection cover.
• Close the engine compartment.

Removal

• Open the engine compartment.
• Assemble the body protection covers.
• Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

1. Disconnect the engine control unit electrical connection 2. Unscrew nuts (2a) and disconnect the electrical connection (2b) of the injection control unit earth
