  1. Remove the engine control unit.

Refitting

  • Assemble the engine control unit and fasten with its nuts.
  • Connect the injection control unit earth connection and fasten with its nut

  • Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

  • Remove the body protection cover.
  • Close the engine compartment.

1056A92 - SINGLE INJECTION UNIT WIRING BUNDLE - R+R OR REPLACE.

Removal

  • Open the engine compartment.
  • Assemble the body protection covers.
  • Disconnect the battery negative (-) and positive (+) terminals

  1. Release the air cleaner cover clasps.
  2. Unscrew the throttle case air conveyor screws.
  3. Take out the oil vapours recovery pipe from the tappet cover.
  4. Take out the oil vapours recovery pipe from the throttle case.

  1. Remove the air cleaner cover with the pipes and throttle case air conveyor.

  • Take out the injection system wiring bundle from the fastening straps.
  1. Disconnect the engine control unit electrical connection

  1. Unscrew nut (2a) and disconnect the electrical connection (2b) of the injection control unit earth
