Note: The stroke corresponds to the distance between the pedal at the end of its stroke (touching the wall) and the pedal released. Measure the stroke on the pedal centre line.

  1. Tighten or loosen the nut to adjust the pedal stroke to the specified value.

  • Settle the clutch pedal pressing it completely 2 or 3 times.
  • Check the clutch pedal stroke again.
  • Tighten the lock nut.
  • Close the engine compartment.

Removal

  • Set the car on the car lift.
  • Open the engine compartment.
  • Assemble the car body protection covers.
  • Disconnect the battery(-) terminal
Description Connector
- Battery A1
  1. Disconnect the clutch release control hose from the thrust bearing control linkage.

  1. Disconnect the end of the clutch release control hose from the clutch pedal.
