Reassembly

(Cont.d Op. 1820A20)

• Raise the car.
• Slacken the nuts (1a) of the clutch release control hose (1b) and remove it.

Reassembly

• Insert the clutch release control hose and fasten it using the corresponding nuts.
• Lower the vehicle.
• Connect the end of the clutch release control hose to the clutch pedal.
• Connect the clutch release control hose to the thrust bearing control levers.
• Complete with Op. 1820A14 CLUTCH PEDAL - Stroke adjustment.
• Connect the battery (-) terminal

• Remove the protective coverings from the car body.
• Close the engine compartment.
• Remove the car from the car lift.

1820A24 - THRUST BEARING CONTROL LINKAGE - R+R.

Removal

• Follow Op. 4450B12 WHEELS (two) front - R+R.
• Remove the additional left wheelhouse (follow Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEELHOUSE (one) - R+R.).
• Follow Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R+R.
• Follow Op. 2110A10 MANUAL GEARBOX with differential- R+R.
• Follow Op. 1820A26Thrust bearing control LINKAGE - R+R. with gearbox removed.

Reassembly

• Complete with Op. 1820A26Thrust bearing control LINKAGE - R+R. with gearbox removed.
• Complete with Op. 2110A10 MANUAL GEARBOX with differential - R+R.
• Complete with Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R+R.
• Assemble the additional left wheelhouse (follow Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEELHOUSE (one) - R+R.).
• Complete with Op. 4450B12 Front WHEELS (two) - R+R.

1820A26 - THRUST BEARING CONTROL LINKAGE - R+R. with gearbox removed

Removal

1. Remove the clutch thrust bearing.
2. Loosen the screw (2a), withdraw the clutch thrust bearing external linkage(2b)and remove the internal linkage(2c).
3. Remove the clutch thrust bearing control linkage bush.

Reassembly

Note: Replace the bush if the clutch thrust bearing control linkage has too much play.

1. Assemble the clutch thrust bearing control linkage bush.
2. Assemble the external clutch thrust bearing control linkage (2a) and the internal linkage (2b), then tighten the screw (c) to the specified torque
