  1. Remove the automatic clutch device gear motor

Reassembly

  • Re-position the automatic clutch device gear motor on the gearbox.
  • Tighten the screws fastening the gear motor to the gearbox to the specified torque

  • Connect the clutch cable to the lever.
  • Fit the tachometric sensor on the gearbox.
  • Raise the car.
  • Tighten the lower screw of the automatic clutch gear motor support to the specified torque

  • Connect the electrical connection of the automatic clutch drive

  • Assemble the air cleaner support and fasten it with the corresponding screws.
  • Complete with Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R+R.
  • Connect the battery (-) terminal

  • Remove the protective coverings from the car body.
  • Close the engine compartment.
  • Remove the car from the car lift.
