- Assemble the the intermediate hoses of the rear brakes on the rear rigid axle.
- Assemble the rebound pads on the rear rigid axle (refer to Op. 4420W10 Rear suspension RE-BOUND PAD - Repl. with spring removed).
- Re-position the rear rigid axle with the hydraulic jack.
- Tighten the side fastening screws of the rear rigid axle to the specified torque

- Remove the hydraulic jack.
- Tighten the centre screws of the rear rigid axle which also fasten the the fuel tank.
- Keeping the end of the rear brake intermediate hoses blocked with the wrench, tighten the rigid pipes using the tool to the specified torque

- Assemble the clips on the unions between the rigid pipes and the intermediate hoses.
- Assemble the wishbones complete with wheel hubs and rear drum brakes and tighten the nuts of the fastening screws to the specified torque

- Keeping the end of the intermediate hoses blocked with the wrench, tighten the rigid pipes using the tool to the specified torque

- Assemble the clips on the unions between the rigid pipes to the rear cylinders and the intermediate hoses.
- Connect the ends of the handbrake cable to the rear drum handbrake controls.
- Complete with Op. 4420A40 Rear suspension COIL SPRING (one) lh or rh - R+R.
- Complete with Op. 4420A44 Rear suspension COIL SPRING (one - remaining) - R+R. following Op. 4420A40.
- Complete with Op. 4420A35 Rear suspension DAMPERS - R+R.
- Complete with Op. 1076B20 Rear exhaust SILENCER - R.R.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Complete with Op. 3330A10 BRAKE FLUID - Checking level and topping-up (if required).
- Complete with Op. 3330A18 Front or rear HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - Bleeding.
- Complete with Op. 4450B13 Rear WHEELS (two) - R.R.
- Fill the fuel tank.
- Connect the negative (-) battery terminal
- Close the engine compartment.
- Remove the vehicle from the hoist.
