Take the switch control group out from below to release the upper securing fins.
- Disconnect electrical connections (1a) and (1b)

- Take out the wiring and remove the switch control group.
- Unscrew the screws fastening the heater box to the dashboard.
- Remove 1a heater box from the engine compartment.
Refitting
- Assemble the heater box from the engine compartment.
- Tighten the heater box screws fastening it to the dashboard.
- Connect the switch control group electrical connections

- Install the wiring and assemble the switch control group.
Insert the switch control group from above to hook the securing fins.
- Tighten the switch control group fastening screws.
- Insert the air fan control knob.
- From the engine compartment tighten the heater box nuts to correct torque.

- Connect the front heater connection electrical connection

- Reposition the support with the pipes and insert the pipes on the heater.
- Complete with Op. 5050B38 FRONT WIND-SCREEN WIPER unit - R.R. or repair.
- Assemble the soundproofing guards and fasten with the screws.
