Refitting

2. Unscrew the fastening screws and remove the fan air conveyer group with the air intake/recirculation flaps.

• Remove the heater wiring bundle.

1. Unscrew the fastening screws and remove the air conveyer half-shell.

1. Remove the air intake/recirculation flaps control.
2. Raise the stop tab and take out the air intake/recirculation flaps control lever.
3. Raise the stop tab and take out the air intake/recirculation flaps toothed sectors.
4. Unscrew the screws and separate the shells of the air intake/recirculation box flaps.
5. Take out the air intake flap.
6. Take out the recirculation flap.

Refitting

• Insert the air intake/recirculation flaps in the box lower shell.

Note: The flap shafts have different diameters to determine the correct assembly position.

• Assemble the upper shell of the air intake/recirculation flaps box and fasten with the screws.
• Insert the air intake/recirculation flaps toothed sectors.

Note: The toothed sectors have a reference notch that determines the correct assembly position.

• Insert the air intake/recirculation flaps control lever.
• Assemble the air intake/recirculation flaps control on the lever.
• Assemble fan air conveyer half-shell and fasten with the screws.
• Reposition the wiring bundle on the heater left half-box.
• Assemble the fan air conveyer with the air intake/recirculation flaps on the heater left half-box, fasten with the screws and a new rivet.
• Insert the lower/front air distribution flap.
• Insert the upper air distribution flap.
• Assemble the heater right half-box and fasten with the screws.
• Insert the air distribution flap toothed sectors.

Note: Assemble the small toothed sectors according to the position marked at disassembly.
