Refitting

(Cont. Op. 5050B20)

3. Turn the front windscreen washer pump (3a) clockwise and take it out from the reservoir with the filter (3b)and the gasket (3c).

Refitting

• Assemble the front windscreen washer pump with its filter and gasket onto the reservoir and lock by turning anticlockwise.
• Insert the front windscreen washer system pipe onto the pump.
• Connect the screen washer pump motor electrical connection

• Assemble the front right supplementary wheel housing (see Op. 7055B42SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL HOUSING (one) - R+R).
• Assemble the front right wheel (see Op. 4450B10 front WHEEL (one) - R+R).
• Lower the vehicle.
• Fill the reservoir with the prescribed screen washer liquid and refit the plug (see Op. 5050A14 Reservoir PLUG (in engine compartment) or screen washer level sensor - Check and top-up if necessary).
• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Close the engine compartment.
• Remove the vehicle from the shop jack.

5050B28 - FRONT WINDSCREEN WIPER BLADE/S - R.R.

Removal

1. Raise the wiper arm.
2. Press on the tab (2a) of the support (2b) and take out the blade (2c) from the end of the arm.

Note: The blades installed on the car may be of a different type: follow the instructions on the pack of the spare part.

Refitting

• Check that the blade is not damaged, that the pivots do not have too much clearance and that the wiper rubber edge is in good condition.
• Insert the support in the end of the arm to hook onto the securing clip.
• Lower the wiper arm.
• Check that the screen wiper operates correctly.

Removal

• Carry out Op. 5050B28 Front windscreen wiper BLADE/S - R.R.

1. Raise the nut cover lid (1a)and mark the position of the wiper arm (1b) for reassembly.
