A - LOCATING WIND NOISES WINDSCREEN

Tape the various areas indicated in the figure with body builder's adhesive paper.

• Test on the road gradually bringing the car to the speed at which the noise starts: if the noise persists, check that the windscreen is properly taped and investigate whether the source of the wind noise could be in the sunroof zone.
• Remove the adhesive paper from zone A and repeat the road test: if the noise persists, locate the wind noise in the front doors area (see 7005 TEST A).
• Remove the adhesive paper from zone B (only from the window). Check the glass seal. If necessary replace the seal, disassembling the glass (PROCEDURE OP. 7035A10).
