PASSENGER SIDE TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT NOT WORKING

When the desired passenger side temperature is set, there is no corresponding flow of air at the required temperature.

STEPOPERATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUTTEST RESULTS
1CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENTALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION

Connect the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or other instruments) to the diagnostic socket and check:

  • for faults in the climate control system control unit
Move on to Step1. Presence of faults1. Continue following the instructions for the diagnostic equipment
2. No communication with the control unit

2. Restore the connections between the control unit and the diagnostic socket

Connect the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or other instruments) and carry out the active diagnosis of the right mixing motorMove on to StepMixing motor not workingMove on to Step
3PASSENGER SIDE MIXING MOTOR ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT CHECKALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION

Check:

  • the connection between the climate control system control unit and the mixing motor
Move on to Step1. Connections not correct

1. Restore the correct connection

2. Connections correct, mixing motor faulty

2. Check the condition of the flap, if necessary, replace the motor

4CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATIONALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION
Check that the fault is no longer presentFault persists

Replace the climate control system control unit
