SUN ROOF OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION

Operational Description

Sun-roof control unit M095 is supplied at pin 7 by a line protected by fuse F76 of boot compartment junction unit B045.

Speedometer signal (pin 8) used by the internal software of control unit M095 is received from pin 23 of connector D of the Body Computer.

The interior lighting of sunroof control unit H060 is supplied at pin 4 of a line protected by fuse F32 of underfacia control unit B002. This control unit H060 is fully connected to sun-roof M095 to bring about the different opening modes described above.

A negative automatic roof closure signal reaches sun-roof control unit (pin 9) from pin 10 of connector F of Body Computer M001.

  • under conditions of key-on (INT): the Body Computer receives a recirculation signal from climate control system control unit via the B-CAN network (pins 24 and 25 of connector D).
  • the Body Computer receives a signal relating to rain and dusk sensor K125 from ceiling control unit M062 (pin 4 of connector B) via the A-BUS line at pin 7 of connector F;
  • under conditions of key-off (STOP): The Body Computer receives a central close/open signal at pin 21 and 31 of connector B from the remote control unit via alarm and door lock aerial P093.

Body Computer M001 receives an INT/A (key-on) signal from ignition switch H001 at pin 27 of connector D via fuse F31 of underfacia control unit B002.

  • under conditions of key-off (STOP): The central locking signal is received by aerial RF P015 and sent to pins 1 and 22 of Passive Entry control unit M064, which informs the Body Computer (pins 5 and 7 of connector H), via pins 9 and 30 (via B-CAN network).

Body Computer M001 receives an INT/A (key-on) signal from ignition switch H001 at pin 27 of connector D via fuse F31 of underfacia control unit B002.
