Refit

  1. Position bezel assembly and connect multiplug
  2. Connect Lucars to temperature control switch.
  3. Position capillary tube to RH side of bezel.
  4. Fit screws securing cover to rear of bezel.
  5. Connect multiplug to fan interlock relay.
  6. Position bezel assembly and insert capillary tube
  7. Fit bezel assembly to panel and above
  8. Fit cold air vents.
  9. Carry out system test.
  10. Disconnect 2 Lucars from temperature control switch.
  11. Disconnect multiplug from fan switch.
  12. Remove bezel assembly.

Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.

  1. Pull control knobs from switches.
  2. Remove switch panel.
  3. Remove nuts securing switches to bezel.
  4. Remove temperature control switch.
  5. Remove fan switch.
  6. Transfer components to new panel.

60 mm (2.5 in) into evaporator fins.

evaporator casing, secure with screws.
