Remote Handset Locking
A single press of the lock button on the remote handset transmits a signal to the alarm receiver. The signal is sent direct to the CCU which, if parameters are correct, initiates CDL and superlocking of all doors.
The CCU (C430-3) supplies a feed on a brown and pink wire to the header joint (C288-1). The feed supplies power to the door superlock motors and superlocks the doors. The feed is connected from the header joint as follows:
- (C288-2) to drivers door superlock motor (C441-8) on a brown and pink wire.
- (C288-4) to front passenger door superlock motor (C441-8) on a brown and pink wire.
- (5 door models only) (C288-5) to rear RH passenger door superlock motor (C442-8) on a brown and pink wire.
- (5 door models only) (C288-2) to rear LH passenger door superlock motor (C442-8) on a brown and pink wire.
The CCU to supplies a feed (C430-4) to the drivers door CDL lock motor (C441-4) on a pink wire. This supplies power to the CDL motor and CDL locks the drivers door
Simultaneously, the CCU supplies a second feed (C430-9) to header joint (C286-17) on a pink wire. The feed supplies power to the CDL motors and CDL locks the doors. The feed is connected from the header joint as follows:
- (C286-19) to front passenger door CDL lock motor (C441-4) on a pink wire.
- (5 door models only)(C286-18) to rear LH passenger door CDL lock motor (C422-4) on a pink wire.
- (5 door models only) (C286-20) to rear RH passenger door CDL lock motor (C422-4) on a pink wire.
