FRONT BUMPER ARMATURE

Service repair no - 76.22.49

Remove

  1. Remove front bumper valance. See this section.
Front bumper armature – Remove front bumper valance. See this section.
  1. Remove 2 bolts and 2 nuts securing each end of armature to front panel.
  2. Remove armature.

Refit

  1. Fit armature to fixing studs.
  2. Fit nuts and bolts and tighten to 25 Nm.
  3. Fit front bumper valance. See this section.

REAR BUMPER ARMATURE

Service repair no - 76.22.52

Remove

  1. Remove rear bumper valance. See this section.
Rear bumper armature – Remove rear bumper valance. See this section.
  1. Position luggage compartment carpet aside and remove 4 bolts securing bumper armature to body.
  2. Remove bumper armature.

Refit

  1. Align armature to body and tighten bolts to 22 Nm.
  2. Fit rear bumper valance. See this section.
