  1. Remove 4 bolts securing throttle body to inlet manifold.
  2. Remove throttle body from manifold.
  3. Remove and discard ’O’ ring seal from throttle body.
  4. Remove air filter. See ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - MEMS, Repairs.
  5. Manoeuvre inlet manifold and remove from engine compartment.

  1. Remove air intake sensor from manifold.
  2. Remove sealing washer from sensor.

  1. Release pressure regulator vacuum hose from inlet manifold.
Release pressure regulator vacuum hose from inlet manifold.
  1. Remove 2 Torx screws securing MAP sensor and remove MAP sensor.
