  1. Remove 2 bolts and remove drivers foot rest.
Remove 2 bolts and remove drivers foot rest.
  1. Pull back carpet for access to control and diagnostic unit protective cover.
  2. Remove 2 retaining studs and remove protective cover from control and diagnostic unit.

NOTE: Remove cover from RH side.

  1. Remove Torx screw securing airbag harness earth wire to control unit bracket.
  2. Disconnect multiplug from control and diagnostic unit.
Disconnect multiplug from control and diagnostic unit.
  1. Disconnect 2 multiplugs from passenger airbag.
