Removing

Op. 7040B22 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT/LOAD PLATFORM MOULDING - R+R

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the tailgate lock striker (1b).

Refitting

1. Place the tailgate lock striker in position and screw in the fixing bolts without tightening them.

2. Move the striker into the correct position, using the slotted openings in the actual striker.

3. The arrows indicate the possible movements for the adjustment.

- When the adjustment has been completed, tighten the bolts fixing the striker to the recommended torque.
