ENGINE OIL HEAT EXCHANGER - R + R
Removing
Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.
Op. 1084B30 ENGINE OIL FILTER - R.R
Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE
1. Disconnect the engine coolant inlet and outlet pipes from the oil cooling heat exchanger.
2. Undo the fixing pin (2a) and remove the oil cooling heat exchanger (2b).
Refitting
- Position the oil cooling heat exchanger on the oil pump front cover.
- Tighten the pin fixing the oil cooling heat exchanger to the recommended torque.

1. Disconnect the engine coolant inlet and outlet pipes from the oil cooling heat exchanger.
2. Undo the fixing pin (2a) and remove the oil cooling heat exchanger (2b).
Refitting
- Position the oil cooling heat exchanger on the oil pump front cover.
- Tighten the pin fixing the oil cooling heat exchanger to the recommended torque.
