Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the catalytic converter mounting brackets (1b).

1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove heat shields (1b) and (1c).

Refitting

- Refit the two heat shields in place on the engine oil heat exchanger and tighten the associated bolts.

- Place the catalytic converter brackets in their housings and tighten the associated bolts.
