IRREGULAR OPERATION OF VOICE RECOGNITION

The voice commands function is managed by the telephone module which is incorporated in the Bluetooth. Whilst the microphone is located outside on the control panel

		TEST RESULTS
	Connect to the Bluetooth node using the Examiner and select Configurations in Active Diagnosis Carry out the Audio system test and check whether the radio produces a BIP noise	Move on to Step 2	There is no BIP noise from the radio	Move on to Step 3
2	MICROPHONE CONNECTIONS CHECK	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check the continuity and the insulation of the electrical circuit between the microphone and the Bluetooth control unit See E4090 NAVIGATOR Check that the microphone is working properly	Move on to Step 3	1. Microphone not correctly connected. 2. Wiring between microphone and Bluetooth broken 3. Microphone defective	1. Restore the correct connection 2. Restore wiring continuity 3. Wiring broken 2. Bluetooth power supply not correct 3. Radio power supply not correct 4. Bluetooth defective	1. Restore the continuity of the connections between the Bluetooth node and the radio See E4090 NAVIGATOR 2. Restore correct power supply for the Bluetooth 3.
