Removing

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1058A60 SINGLE CNG MANIFOLD PIPE COMPLETE WITH INJECTORS - R R

1. Unscrew the bolts securing the top part of the manifold pipe.

2. Lift up the upper part of the manifold pipe (2a) and separate the injectors (2b) from the CNG injector holder bracket (2c).

During removal, mark the position of the injector (relevant cylinder number) in relation to the numbering on the single manifold pipe.

Refitting

Fit the injectors to the manifold and position in relation to the numbering on the manifold.

Position the top part of the manifold pipe and tighten the retaining bolts.

Connect the negative battery terminal.
