Remove :
- The connecting rod cap screws
- The big end caps
Compare the width (in mm) of the plastic gauges [1].
The value read indicates the running clearance.
The clearance should be between 0,035 and 0,083 mm.
Refit the conrod caps .
Fit the bolts (new).
Tightening procedure; Using the tools [6], [7], [8] :
- Tightening to 5 ± 0,5 daN.m
- Angular tighten to 70 ± 5 °
