Check the presence of the centring pins (at "l").

CAUTION : Position the cylinder head gasket with the reference ALTO (towards the top) (at "k").

Fit a new cylinder head gasket (11) on the cylinder block.

Refit the cylinder head (14).

Fit the bolts (12) (new screws).

Tightening method for the screws (12); Using the tools [6], [7], [8] (order from 1 to 10) :

• Pre-tighten to 13 ± 1 daNm (1 to 6)
• Pre-tighten to 6,5 ± 0,6 daNm (7 to 10)
• 1st angular tighten to 90 ± 1° (1 to 10)
• 2nd : Angular tighten to 90 ± 1 ° (1 to 6)
• 2nd : Angular tighten to 60 ± 1 ° (7 to 10)

Refit the bolts (13); Tighten to 2,5 ± 0,3 daN.m.
