Compared with previous versions, the fuel anti-evaporation system has several improvements aimed fuel vapours in order to meet the EEC stage 3 EOBD regulations.

The following modifications have been made:

  • multi-purpose valves fitted to the tank
  • solenoid valve integrated in the intake manifold with a rapid type connector
  • filler cap with an attachment cable

DIAGNOSTIC SOCKET

The diagnostic socket is located in the passenger compartment, under the oddments pocket.

This "standardized" 16 pin type socket carries out the function of connection with the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or other instruments) for other electronic control units present on the vehicle.
