INTAKE MANIFOLD

Removing and refitting

Proceed as follows:

1. Disconnect the battery's negative terminal.
   Remove the band connecting the filter to the hose.
   Undo the fixing bolts, release the spring and lift up the complete air filter, releasing it from the throttle casing:
   Disconnect the crankcase vapour recirculation pipe and remove the air filter.

2. Disconnect the electrical connections and the pipes shown for removing the throttle casing.
   Disconnect the accelerator cable.
   Disconnect the electrical connections for the injectors.

3. Undo the two nuts fixing the wiring mounting bracket (1) and move the bracket aside, disconnect the coolant temperature sensor connector (2), then undo the band and release the coolant pipe (3);

4. Undo the fixing bolts and remove the manifold.
