Refitting

1. Undo the two fixing bolts and remove the radiator complete with fan.
2. Undo the four upper fixing bolts and the two lower fixing bolts and remove the heat shield.

Refitting

Refit by carrying out removal instructions in reverse order.

At the end of the refitting operation, refill the engine cooling system.

EXHAUST MANIFOLD

Removal.

Proceed as follows:

3. Disconnect the battery's negative terminal. Remove the heat shield following the instructions in the appropriate paragraph.
4. Disconnect the electrical connections for the front and rear sensors. Undo the upper and lower bolts fixing the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.
