Refitting (page 2 of 2)

1. Undo the bolt fixing the coolant pipe bracket and release the pipe from the crankcase. 2. Raise the vehicle, then undo the bolt fixing the manifold mounting bracket and the bolt for the pipe-manifold flange. 3. Release the manifold from the pipe and remove it from underneath. Refitting Refit by carrying out removal instructions in reverse order. At the end of the refitting operation, refill the engine cooling system. NOTE When refitting, apply grease resistant to high temperatures to the ends of the manifold and the pipe to be joined. FUEL TANK CAP Removing - refitting Proceed as follows: 4. Open the flap. Undo the cap and release the end of the cable (1) from the attachment pin (2).
