THROTTLE CASING

Removing and refitting

Proceed as follows:

1. Disconnect the battery's negative terminal. Remove the band connecting the filter to the hose.
   Undo the fixing bolts, release the spring and lift up the complete air filter releasing it from the throttle casing;
   Disconnect the crankcase vapour recirculation pipe and remove the air filter.



2. Remove the crankcase vapour recirculation pipe.
   Disconnect the electrical connections for the charcoal filter solenoid valve and the air temperature and pressure sensor.
3. Disconnect the rapid connectors for the fuel supply pipe and the charcoal filter pipe.
   Disconnect the brake servo pipe.





4. Disconnect the electrical connections for the engine idle speed actuator and throttle position sensor.
   Disconnect the accelerator cable.
   Undo the fixing bolts and remove the throttle casing.
