1056a30 - throttle case cover - replace.

- Connect the idle actuator electrical connection - Connect the intake air temperature sensor electrical connection - Connect the throttle position sensor electrical connection - Connect the single injector (SPI)electrical connection - Insert the oil vapours intake pipe. - Insert the fuel vapour on-off solenoid valve vacuum intake pipe. - Insert the coolant pipes on the throttle case. - Connect the accelerator control flexible pipe to the throttle case. - Complete with Op. 1068A10 ACCELERATOR PEDAL CONTROL - Check, adjustment (where necessary) and lubrication - Insert the fuel intake pipe on the throttle case. - Insert the fuel return pipe on the throttle case. - Complete with Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R+R. - Connect the negative (-) battery terminal - Fill the engine cooling system with coolant - Remove the body protection cover. - Close the engine compartment. - Remove the vehicle from the hoist.

1056A30 - THROTTLE CASE COVER - REPLACE.

Removal

- Open the engine compartment. - Assemble the body protection covers. - Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. - Follow Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R.R. 1. Take out the fuel return pipe from the throttle case. 2. Take out the fuel inlet pipe from the throttle case.

Plug the pipes as soon as they are removed, to avoid fuel spillage.
