Refitting

Refitting

• Assemble the idle actuator and fasten with its screws.

Note: Check the seal ring integrity and remove any impurities from the throttle case seat.

• Connect the idle actuator electrical connection

• Insert the fuel return pipe on the throttle case.
• Complete with Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R+R.
• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

Note: Leave the battery terminal disconnected for at least 20 minutes to allow the injection / ignition control unit to position the idle actuator correctly at the first engine ignition.

• Remove the body protection cover.
• Close the engine compartment.

1056A70 - SINGLE INJECTOR GROUP- R+R

Removal

• Open the engine compartment.
• Assemble the body protection covers.
• Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

• Follow Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R.R.

1. Disconnect the single injector electrical connection

2. Unscrew screw (2a) that fastens the single injector (2b) and remove it.

If it should be necessary to replace the single injector the entire throttle case cover must be replaced.

Refitting

• Assemble the single injector and fasten with its screws.
• Electrically connect the single injector

• Complete with Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R+R.
• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Remove the body protection cover.
• Close the engine compartment.

1056A82 - INJECTION / IGNITION CONTROL UNIT(ONE) - R+R

Removal

• Open the engine compartment.
• Assemble the body protection covers.
• Disconnect the battery (-) terminal
