Removing

- 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r

- 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.

- 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.

- 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER

Raise the vehicle.

1. Disconnect the air delivery sleeves to the inlet manifold (1a) and the air inlet sleeve to the heat exchanger from turbocharger (1b).

Removing

- 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r

- 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.

- 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.

- 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER

Raise the car.

1. Disconnect the air delivery sleeves to the inlet manifold (1a) and the air inlet sleeve to the heat exchanger from turbocharger (1b).

1.9 JTD 8v · 115 CV

1. Undo the bolts securing the heat exchanger to the mounting bracket.

2. Prise out lower pins (2a) and remove air-air heat exchanger (2b).

1.9 JTD 16v

1. Undo the bolts securing the heat exchanger to the mounting bracket.

2. Prise out lower pins (2a) and remove air-air heat exchanger (2b).

Refitting

Fit the turbocharger air-air heat exchanger and secure with a bolt.

Connect the air delivery sleeves to the inlet manifold and the air inlet sleeve from the heat exchanger.

Lower the vehicle.

Refitting

Fit the turbocharger air-air heat exchanger and secure with a bolt.

Connect the air delivery sleeves to the inlet manifold and the air inlet sleeve from the heat exchanger.

Lower the vehicle.
