Removing

Position the vehicle on a lift.

Partly raise the lift.

- 4450B08 right rear wheel r r

1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe fitting to the bodyshell.

2. Undo the nut fixing the fuel vapour filter mounting bracket.

3. Gently lower the fuel filler pipe and remove the gasket.

Removing

Position the vehicle on a lift.

Partly raise the lift.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler to the bodyshell.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

3. Gently lower the fuel filler pipe and remove the gasket.

Removing

Position the vehicle on a lift.

Partly raise the lift.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe fitting to the bodyshell.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

3. Gently lower the fuel filler pipe and remove the gasket.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe fitting to the bodyshell.

2. Undo the nut fixing the fuel vapour filter mounting bracket.

3. Gently lower the fuel filler pipe and remove the gasket.

Removing

Position the vehicle on a lift.

Partly raise the lift.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe fitting to the bodyshell.

2. Undo the nut fixing the fuel vapour filter mounting bracket.

3. Gently lower the fuel filler pipe and remove the gasket.

Removing

Position the vehicle on a lift.

Partly raise the lift.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler pipe fitting to the bodyshell.

2. Undo the nut fixing the fuel vapour filter mounting bracket.

3. Gently lower the fuel filler pipe and remove the gasket.

Removing

Position the vehicle on a lift.

Partly raise the lift.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler to the bodyshell.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

3. Gently lower the fuel filler pipe (3a) and remove the gasket (3b).

Refitting

Fit a new gasket.

Tighten nut securing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

Secure the fuel filler fitting to the bodyshell with the securing bolts.

Lower the lift.

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

1.4 16v

Refitting

Fit a new gasket.

Tighten nut securing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

Fasten the fuel filler to the bodyshell using the fixing bolts.

Lower the ramp.

Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1.6 16v

Refitting

Fit a new gasket.

Tighten nut securing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

Secure the fuel filler fitting to the bodyshell with the securing bolts.

Lower the lift.

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

1.8 16v

Refitting

Fit a new gasket.

Tighten nut securing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

Secure the fuel filler fitting to the bodyshell with the securing bolts.

Lower the lift.

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

2.4 20v

Refitting

Fit a new gasket.

Tighten nut securing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

Secure the fuel filler fitting to the bodyshell with the securing bolts.

Lower the lift.

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

1.9 JTD 8v

Refitting

Fit a new gasket.

Tighten nut securing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

Secure the fuel filler fitting to the bodyshell with the securing bolts.

Lower the lift.

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

1.9 JTD 16v

Refitting

Fit a new gasket.

Tighten nut securing the fuel filler fitting mounting bracket.

Fasten the fuel filler to the bodyshell using the fixing bolts.

Lower the ramp.

Remove the vehicle from the lift.
