REAR WHEEL ARCH EXTENSION

Service repair no - 76.43.55

Remove

RH side only

Rh side only – Service repair no - 76.43.55
  1. Release washer reservoir from mounting bracket in boot.

LH side only

  1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
  2. Drain fuel tank. See FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM, Repairs.
  3. Remove spare wheel.
Lh side only – Remove spare wheel.
  1. Remove studs securing fuel tank side cover and remove cover.
Lh side only – Remove studs securing fuel tank side cover and remove cover.
  1. Disconnect 2 Lucars from fuel tank sender unit.
  2. Remove fuel filler cap.
  3. Remove bolt securing fuel tank retaining strap and move strap aside.
  4. Release tank from filler neck grommet.
  5. Manoeuvre fuel tank into boot space.

Both sides

  1. Remove rear quarter trim pad. See Interior trim components.
