HEATER MATRIX

Service repair no - 80.20.29

Remove

1. Remove heater unit. See this section.

2. Remove rubber grommet from matrix pipes.
3. Remove screw and pipe clamp.
4. Remove 2 screws and heater matrix cover.
5. Remove heater matrix.

Refit

1. Fit heater matrix.
2. Fit cover and secure with screws.
3. Fit pipe clamp and secure with screw.
4. Fit grommet.
5. Fit heater unit. See this section.

INTAKE AIR FILTER

Service repair no - 80.15.42

The intake air filter should be renewed every 12000 miles, (20000 km) or 12 months whichever comes first. In hot or dusty climates the filter may require renewing more frequently.

Remove

1. Release 2 clips and remove cover from heater housing.
2. Remove and discard intake air filter.

Refit

1. Fit new intake air filter to heater housing. Ensure arrow indicating direction of air flow is facing the correct way.
2. Clean intake air filter cover.
3. Fit intake air filter cover.
