Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND/OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY

Op. 0010T67 HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM - BLEED AIR

Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R

Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the battery terminal (-).

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R

- Replace the brake-clutch fluid reservoir plug using the tool.

Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE

Op. 5520C20 HEATER PLUGS CONTROL UNIT - R.R

1. Lift up the retaining clip (1a) and disconnect the flexible pipe from the master cylinder to the hydraulic clutch actuator (1b), vibration damper side.

2. Lift the retaining clip (2a) and disconnect the clutch hydraulic circuit vibration damper (2b), clutch master cylinder side and remove it.

Refitting

- Place the clutch hydraulic circuit vibration damper back in its housing, connect it to the master cylinder and secure it using the retaining clip.

- Connect the flexible pipe from the master cylinder to the hydraulic clutch actuator, vibration damper side and secure it using the retaining clip.

Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE

- Replace the tool with the brake-clutch fluid reservoir plug.

Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND/OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY

Op. 0010T67 HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM - BLEED AIR

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
