1. Remove the lower radiator hose and drain the coolant into a suitable container.

1. Undo the bolts securing the coolant reservoir and remove it from the mounting.
2. Remove the coolant supply pipe from the reservoir.

• Remove the coolant supply pipe from the bands on the rear of the engine coolant radiator.

1. Withdraw the hose from the rigid inlet pipe to the water pump.

• Remove the water delivery pipe to the heater (See Op. 5010A12 Engine/heater line - r r water supply PIPE to heater - S.R.).
• Remove the lower coolant outlet hose.

Installation

• Refit the lower coolant outlet hose.
• Fit the hose on the coolant rigid inlet pipe to the water pump.
• Fit the water supply pipe to the heater (See Op. 5010A12 Engine/heater line - r r water supply PIPE to heater - S.R.).
• Fit the lower coolant outlet hose to the radiator.
