  1. Undo the bolts securing the radiator mounting and horn bracket.
  2. Move the horn bracket.

  • Disconnect the coolant reservoir pipe from the bands on the rear of the radiator.
  1. Remove the engine radiator from the mountings.
  2. Remove the air bleed pipe from the engine radiator.
  3. Remove the engine radiator.

  1. Remove the mounting bracket (1a) from the engine radiator (1b).
  2. Undo the bolts (2a) securing the engine radiator fan (2b) and remove it.
  3. Undo the thermal switch from the engine radiator and remove it.

Installation

  • Refit the radiator fan on the radiator and fix it using the bolts.
  • Fit the mounting bracket on the radiator.
  • Fit the air bleed pipe on the radiator.
  1. Fit the radiator (1a) and fit the side mountings (1b) in their seats.
