MANIFOLD - INLET - MPi MEMS 3 (2000MY ON)

Service repair no - 30.15.02

Remove

  1. Remove inlet manifold gasket. See this section.
Manifold - inlet - mpi mems 3 (2000my on) – Remove inlet manifold gasket. See this section.
  1. Remove 3 bolts securing coil cover and remove coil cover.
Manifold - inlet - mpi mems 3 (2000my on) – Remove 3 bolts securing coil cover and remove coil cover.
  1. Remove bolt securing RH coil, release coil and disconnect coil multiplugs.
  2. Release coil harness from harness clips.
Manifold - inlet - mpi mems 3 (2000my on) – Release coil harness from harness clips.
  1. Disconnect IAC valve and TP sensor multiplugs.
  2. Disconnect IAC valve hose.
Manifold - inlet - mpi mems 3 (2000my on) – Disconnect IAC valve hose.
  1. Release and disconnect injector multiplug.
  2. Manoeuvre inlet manifold to gain access to bolts securing throttle body to inlet manifold.
