FRONT BUMPER

Service repair no - 76.22.08

Remove

1. Remove 4 nuts securing bumper to bonnet locking platform.
2. Remove 6 screws securing bottom edge of bumper to wheel arch liners.
3. Move liners aside and remove screws securing bumper to both wings.
4. Remove 3 bolts securing lower edge of bumper to body.
5. Remove number plate.
6. Remove bolt securing centre of bumper to body.
7. Remove bumper.

Refit

1. Position bumper to body.
2. Fit bolt securing centre of bumper to body and tighten to 6 Nm.
3. Fit bolts securing lower edge of bumper to body and tighten to 6 Nm.
4. Move wheel arch liners aside and fit screws securing bumper to both wings.
5. Fit screws securing bumper to wheel arch liners.
6. Fit nuts securing bumper to bonnet locking platform and tighten to 3 Nm.
7. Clean mating faces of number plate and bumper to ensure both are free from grease and dirt.
8. Attach adhesive pads to rear of number plate.
9. Fit number plate to bumper.
