THERMOSTATIC SWITCH - MODELS WITH AIR CONDITIONING

Service repair no - 26.25.35.20

Remove

  1. Remove engine acoustic cover. See BODY, Exterior fittings.

  1. If fitted: Loosen 2 clips securing intercooler top hose to turbocharger pipe and intercooler, remove hose.
Thermostatic switch - models with air conditioning – If fitted: Loosen 2 clips securing intercooler top hose to turbocharger pipe and intercool
  1. Disconnect multiplug from switch.
  2. Rotate switch locking ring through 90° and remove.
  3. Release switch from radiator, remove and discard seal.

Refit

  1. Fit new seal to switch and fit switch to radiator.
  2. Secure switch with locking ring.
  3. Connect multiplug to switch.
  4. If fitted: Fit intercooler top hose and tighten clips.
  5. Fit engine acoustic cover. See BODY, Exterior fittings.
