EGR SOLENOID VALVE - ’L’ SERIES

Service repair no - 17.45.04

Remove

Egr solenoid valve - ’l’ series – Service repair no - 17.45.04
  1. Disconnect multiplug from EGR solenoid valve.
  2. Disconnect 2 vacuum hoses from solenoid valve.
  3. Remove 2 screws securing solenoid valve to rubber mounting.
  4. Remove EGR solenoid valve.

Refit

  1. Position EGR solenoid valve up to rubber mounting, fit and tighten screws.
  2. Connect vacuum pipes from EGR valve and non return valve to EGR solenoid valve.
  3. Connect EGR solenoid valve multiplug.
