Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Primary seal plunger -T20130-
t  Tool (2 levers) for separating seals with shafts of 15 to 100mm -T20143-
t  Tool for fitting starter motor bush -U-40027-
t  Taps for Ø 11 and Ø 14 with hammer -U-40087-
t  Gearbox repair set -U-40200A-

   
1 - Oil drain screw
q   25 Nm
q   Without magnet
2 - Adjustment sleeve
q   2 units
3 - Shim S2
q   Always 1 mm thick
4 - Outer track, roller bearing
q   For differential
q   Dismantling and fitting → Chapter
q   If replaced, adjust differential → Chapter
5 - Magnet
q   Secured between the gearbox casing and the clutch housing
q   Fit it with sealing paste -AMV 188 200 03-
6 - Shim
q   For lay shaft
q   Adjustment chart → Chapter
7 - Outer track, roller bearing
q   For lay shaft
q   Dismantling and fitting → Chapter
q   If replaced, adjust layshaft → Chapter
8 - Needle roller bearing
q   For input shaft
q   Remove → Fig.
q   Fitting → Fig.
9 - Bolt with locking teeth
q   25 Nm
10 - Selection rod
11 - Spring
12 - Support for the coupling rod
13 - Runner
14 - Starter motor bush
q   Remove → Fig.
q   Fitting → Fig.
q   Can be replaced with the gearbox
15 - Plug
q   Green: clutch diameter, 210 mm
q   White: clutch diameter, 190 and 200 mm
q   Always choose the appropriate bolt
Consequences of fitting the wrong bolts:
1. White bolt -
210 mm Ø clutch
–  The TDC sender would be destroyed and the flywheel markings damaged. Fragments of the sender would fall into the clutch
2. Green bolt -
190 and 200 mm Ø clutch
–  The checker would give no reading or, if there is, an inexact or changing reading.

18 - Input shaft oil seal
q   Remove → Fig.
q   Fitting → Fig.
19 - Bush
q   For articulation flange oilseal → Item
q   Remove → Fig.
q   Fitting → Fig.
20 - Articulation flange oilseal
q   Renew → Chapter, Articulation flange oilseals: removing and installing

   
Removing input shaft needle roller bearing
–  Remove with tool -U-40200/4- side A and tool -U-40200/10-.

Fitting input shaft needle roller bearing
–  Fit with tool -U-40200/4- side B and tool -U-40200/10-.

Removing the starter motor bush-bearing

Fitting the starter motor bush-bearing
–  Fit with tool -U-40027- side A.

Removing input shaft oilseal
–  Remove the seal for the input shaft by levering it with tool -T20143-.

Fitting input shaft oilseal
–  Coat the lips of the new oilseal with universal grease.
–  Tap tool -T20130- until making contact with the clutch casing surface.

Remove the bush levering with a screwdriver

Fitting the bush bearing
–  Fit the bush with the help of tool -U-40200A/10- and tool -U-40200A/24-.
