Removing

Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R

Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R

Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R

1. Disconnect the quick-release fitting for the brake servo vacuum intake pipe, vacuum pump side.

2. Disconnect the vacuum reservoir vacuum pump pipe, vacuum pump side.

3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the vacuum pump (3b) complete with gasket.

Refitting

- Place the vacuum pump complete with gasket back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the vacuum reservoir vacuum pump pipe, vacuum pump side.

- Connect the quick-release fitting for the brake servo vacuum intake pipe, vacuum pump side.

Removing

Op. 1048B27 RIGID PIPE FOR AIR INLET TO THROTTLE BODY - R R

1. Disconnect the quick-release fitting for the brake servo vacuum intake pipe, vacuum pump side.

2. Disconnect the vacuum intake pipe for the vacuum reservoir, vacuum pump side.

3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the vacuum pump (3b) complete with gasket.

Refitting

- Place the vacuum pump complete with gasket back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the vacuum intake pipe for the vacuum reservoir, vacuum pump side.

- Connect the quick-release fitting for the brake servo vacuum intake pipe, vacuum pump side.
